Shipping policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we try to ship in-stock purchases within 2 business days of the order date. Some items are handcrafted or are special order colors and may take up to 3 weeks for delivery. We will send you a confirmation email once the items have been shipped or once we know the estimated delivery time on the item.

Personalized, handcrafted and special order items may ship separately. There is no additional shipping cost for this.

Standard shipping is through the U.S. Postal Service at this time. 

We cannot guarantee delivery times on items unless you choose to pay for Express Shipping. International shipping is also available.  Contact Us for more details and costs for any of these services or additional services such as Signature Confirmation.

US Shipping Costs

If you do not purchase delivery insurance, we are not liable for items damaged or deliveries not received. In the case of an insufficient or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to resend the package. Please check your address carefully before you submit your order.

Returns

Our return policy varies depending on the product purchased.  Many of our products are returnable within 15 days of receipt (as per shipping delivery confirmation).  You must contact us as soon as possible to obtain a return authorization number.

Personalized items are not returnable.  Other items may also not be returnable or may incur a restocking fee and will be marked in the product description as such.
